- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and your location.
- We currently ship across India.
- Orders are delivered via trusted logistic partners with tracking.
- In the rare case of any issues or delays, we’ll notify you by email or phone.
2. Shipping Policy
2.1 Spices
- Shipping Time: 3–7 business days
- Packaging: All spices are securely packed in airtight, tamper-proof containers to preserve freshness.
- Tracking: Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
2.2 Fresh Fruits
- Shipping Time: 1–3 business days (local/regional dispatch only)
- Packaging: Fruits are packed in eco-friendly, breathable boxes to ensure minimal spoilage.
- Handling: Fruits are dispatched only at the beginning of the week (Mon–Wed) to avoid weekend delays.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Only for select pin codes within Kerala.
3. Return & Refund Policy

3.1 Return & Refund Policy for Spices
We want you to be satisfied with your spice purchase. If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle it:
- Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery
- Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return shipping must be initiated within the 7-day window
- Eligible Issues:
- Wrong item sent
- Damaged or expired product
- Refund Method: Store credit or original mode of payment (processed within 5–7 business days after inspection)
- Return Shipping: Free if issue is validated; otherwise borne by customer

3.2 Return & Refund Policy for Fresh Fruits
Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh fruits, we follow a stricter policy to maintain safety and quality.
- Return Window: Same day as delivery (within 12 hours)
- Conditions:
- Must provide photo/video proof of spoilage, damage, or wrong item
- Product should not be consumed
- Eligible Issues:
- Rotten or overripe fruit at delivery
- Wrong item delivered
- Refund Method: Replacement or store credit only. No monetary refunds.
- Return Pickup: Not available. In most cases, no return is needed once photo/video is validated.
